                                    <description><![CDATA[<p>VIJAYAWADA, Sept. 15, 2026: The Andhra Pradesh government has approved free coaching for eligible candidates from Backward Classes (BCs) preparing for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Preliminary and Main examinations for the 2026-27 academic year.</p>
<p>The coaching will be offered through the AP State Study Circle, functioning at the BC Bhavan in Gollapudi, NTR district. The programme will be the third batch of UPSC Civil Services coaching, Director of BC Welfare Dr. A. Mallikarjuna said.</p>
