The drive was organised on the directions of Central GST Commissioner Arun Richard and conducted under the supervision of GST Joint Commissioner and IRS officer Dev Kumar Rajwani.

Officials and staff cleaned the premises and roads surrounding the GST Bhavan, removing accumulated garbage and other waste. Rajwani personally joined the workers in clearing waste from the roadside and participating in the sanitation
