Keralam: The Bharatiya Janata Party and National Democratic Alliance brought their election campaign in the Aranmula assembly constituency to a rousing close on Tuesday, with workers and supporters turning out in large numbers from across the constituency to participate in the final day of campaigning. The proceedings unfolded in a festive atmosphere, reflecting what the party described as a groundswell of public enthusiasm.

Kummanam Riding a Wave

BJP Aranmula assembly election in-charge Valluru Jayaprakash Narayan said in a statement that BJP-NDA candidate Kummanam Rajasekharan was receiving exceptional public support across the constituency. He noted that a clear desire for change was palpable among the electorate, and expressed firm confidence that this mood would translate into a decisive majority for the party on polling day.

Viksit Keralam Through Modi's Leadership

Jayaprakash Narayan said the people of Aranmula believed that a developed Kerala and a developed Aranmula — in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of Viksit Bharat — could only be achieved under BJP governance. He said voters were increasingly convinced that a BJP government would bring industrial growth, expanded employment opportunities, and a check on migration from the region.

Agriculture and Livelihoods at the Core

The BJP in-charge said the party's agenda for Aranmula placed particular emphasis on agricultural development alongside industrial growth, promising a comprehensive improvement in livelihoods for the constituency's residents. He maintained that the response witnessed on the final day of campaigning was itself a clear portent of the party's impending victory.

Final Day Surge Seals the Confidence

Jayaprakash Narayan said the scale of participation and public response on the last day of campaigning left the party in no doubt about the outcome. Kummanam Rajasekharan, he asserted, was set to win Aranmula with a substantial majority, and the NDA's combined strength on the ground would ensure that every vote was secured before polling day.

GUNTUR: Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kothuri Venkata Subba Rao was felicitated here on Monday following his appointment as a member of the Spices Board of India. The programme was held at the Kanyaka Parameswari temple and attended by party functionaries, traders, exporters and members of the business community.

Presiding over the meeting, senior BJP leader Nerella Madhava Rao said Mr. Subba Rao had been associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) since a young age as a swayamsevak and later as a pracharak. He recalled that during his tenure as city BJP president, Mr. Subba Rao played a key role in strengthening the party organisation and securing the victory of several corporators. His efforts in expanding the party’s labour wing across the State were also noted, he said.

Guntur East MLA Naseer Ahmed, who attended as the chief guest, said Mr. Subba Rao’s long-standing commitment to the party had been duly recognised. Referring to the prominence of Guntur chilli in the national market, he expressed the hope that exports would increase further, contributing to the region’s economic growth.

District BJP president Cherukuri Tirupati Rao said the appointment of experienced leaders like Mr. Subba Rao would benefit farmers and the trading community.

National Chilli Exporters Association secretary Thota Ramakrishna highlighted concerns over declining chilli quality due to excessive use of chemicals and stressed the need for improving soil health and adopting better technology to enhance yield and quality.

Senior BJP leaders Jupudi Rangaraju and Yadlapati Raghunatha Babu lauded Mr. Subba Rao’s contribution to the party.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Subba Rao said he would focus on improving the quality and export potential of spice crops from the district. He underlined the need for creating awareness among farmers, particularly in enhancing quality standards in crops such as turmeric.

Several leaders, including Tobacco Board Chairman Yashwanth, former chairman Edlapati Raghunatha Babu, BJP leader Jammula Shyam Kishore, exporters, traders and representatives of various organisations, were present.

 అమరావతి :  రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రస్తుతం 80,503 మెట్రిక్ టన్నుల యూరియా నిల్వలు ఉన్నాయని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు స్పష్టం చేశారు. అన్ని జిల్లాల్లోనూ ఎరువులు సమృద్ధిగా సరఫరా చేస్తున్నామని పేర్కొన్నారు. పంపిణీలో ఎక్కడా సమస్య రాకుండా చూడాలని అధికారులకు సీఎం సూచనలు జారీ చేశారు. సోమవారం ఆర్టీజీఎస్ నుంచి రాష్ట్రంలో ఎరువుల సరఫరా, ఉల్లి కొనుగోళ్లు, తురకపాలెం గ్రామంలో ఆరోగ్య పరిస్థితులు, కాఫీ పంటలకు సోకిన తెగులు తదితర అంశాలపై సుదీర్ఘంగా మూడు గంటలపాటు అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో రైతులకు ఎక్కడా యూరియా సమస్య తలెత్తకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సీఎం స్పష్టం చేశారు. మరో పది రోజుల్లో 23,592 మెట్రిక్ టన్నుల యూరియా రాష్ట్రానికి వస్తుందని అన్నారు. ఆర్టీజీఎస్ నుంచి అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తూనే రాష్ట్రానికి మరింత ఎరువుల కేటాయింపుపై కేంద్రమంత్రి జేపీ నడ్డాతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఫోన్‌లో మాట్లాడారు. ఇవాళ కాకినాడ తీరానికి చేరుకున్న నౌకలోని 7 రేక్‌ల యూరియాను ఏపీకి కేటాయించాలని కోరారు. దీనిపై స్పందించిన కేంద్రమంత్రి తక్షణమే రాష్ట్రానికి ఆ యూరియాను కేటాయిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. దీంతో రాష్ట్రానికి అదనంగా మరో 50 వేల మెట్రిక్ టన్నుల కేటాయించినట్లైంది. వచ్చే రబీ సీజన్‌కు ఇప్పటి నుంచే యూరియా సరఫరా ప్రణాళికలు చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. వ్యవసాయ శాఖ అధికారులు క్షేత్రస్థాయికి వెళ్లి రైతులకు ఎరువుల పంపిణీకి సంబంధించి భరోసా ఇవ్వాలని సూచించారు. అలాగే రైతులు, కౌలు రైతులు ఎరువులు దొరకవనే ఆందోళనతో ఒకేసారి కొనుగోలు చేయకుండా.. నిల్వచేసి పెట్టుకోకుండా చూడాలని సీఎం పేర్కొన్నారు. అలాగే అనవసరపు కోనుగోళ్లపైనా దృష్టి పెట్టాలని సీఎం పేర్కొన్నారు. నిత్యావసర సరకుల జాబితాలో ఉన్న ఎరువులను బ్లాక్ మార్కెటింగ్ చేయకుండా నియంత్రించాలని సీఎం స్పష్టం చేశారు. కొందరు కావాలనే రాజకీయ దురుద్దేశాలతో చేస్తున్న ప్రయత్నాలను నిలువరించాలని సూచించారు. శాంతిభద్రతల సమస్య సృష్టించేందుకు జరుగుతున్న ఈ తరహా ప్రయత్నాలకు అడ్డుకట్ట వేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. అధిక మోతాదులో ఎరువుల వినియోగంపై రైతులను చైతన్య పరిచేలా కార్యక్రమాలను, ప్రచారాన్ని నిర్వహించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఎరువుల వినియోగాన్ని తగ్గించిన రైతులకు ప్రోత్సాహకంగా సబ్సీడీని రైతుల ఖాతాల్లోకి జమ చేసే పథకంపైనా దృష్టి పెట్టి విస్తృత ప్రచారం చేయాలన్నారు. ఉల్లి కొనుగోళ్లు- నిల్వలపై దృష్టి పెట్టండి కర్నూలు మార్కెట్‌లో ఉల్లి కొనుగోళ్లు మద్ధతు ధరపైనా ముఖ్యమంత్రి సమీక్షించారు. ఉల్లి క్వింటాలుకు రూ.1200 ధర తగ్గకుండా చూడాలని సీఎం స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఎవరైనా ఆ ధరకంటే తక్కువకు అమ్ముకుంటే ఆ మేరకు ప్రభుత్వం చెల్లిస్తుందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఉల్లి పంట ఉత్పత్తి అంచనాల మేరకు నిల్వ చేసేందుకు గోదాములు, కోల్డ్ స్టోరేజీ సౌకర్యాలను కల్పించాలని సూచించారు. కొనుగోలు చేసిన ఉల్లిని రైతు బజార్లతో పాటు మార్కెట్ కు కూడా తరలించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. కర్నూలు జిల్లా కోడుమూరులో పురుగు మందు డబ్బాతో ఆత్మహత్యకు పాల్పడిన ఘటనపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆరా తీశారు. ఈ ఘటనలో డ్రామా ఆడిన వారిపై విచారణ చేస్తున్నామని అధికారులు తెలిపారు. పంటను కనీస మార్కెట్ తేకుండానే పురుగుమందు తాగినట్టుగా డ్రామా చేసిన వ్యవహారంపై చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నామని అధికారులు స్పష్టం చేశారు. మరోవైపు అరకులో కాఫీ పంటకు సోకిన కాయతొలుచు పురుగు తెగులుపైనా తక్షణ చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించారు. ఇప్పటికే తెగులు సోకిన 60 ఎకరాల్లో పంట తొలగించామని మరో 20 ఎకరాల్లో తొలగింపు ప్రక్రియ జరుగుతోందని అధికారులు సీఎంకు వివరించారు. అలాగే తురకపాలెం గ్రామంలో తలెత్తిన ఆరోగ్య పరిస్థితిపైనా ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారులకు పలు సూచనలు జారీ చేశారు. ఈ వ్యాధికి మూలం ఎక్కడుందన్న అంశాన్ని గుర్తించాలని ఆదేశించారు. దీన్ని కేస్ స్టడీగా తీసుకుని రాష్ట్రంలోని ఇతర ప్రాంతాల్లోనూ ముందస్తు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. పౌర సేవల్లో సంతృప్త స్థాయికే ప్రాధాన్యత ప్రభుత్వ విభాగాలు అందించే వివిధ పౌరసేవల్లో సంతృప్త స్థాయిపై ఇక ప్రతీవారం సమీక్షిస్తానని ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్పష్టం చేశారు. పెన్షన్లు, ఉచిత గ్యాస్, ఆర్టీసీ, రెవెన్యూ, పంచాయతీరాజ్ ఇలా వేర్వేరు శాఖల్లో అందిస్తున్న సేవలపై ఇంకా సంతృప్త స్థాయి పెరగాలని సీఎం పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రజల నుంచి వ్యక్తం అయ్యే అభిప్రాయాలను డేటా అనలటిక్స్ ద్వారా విశ్లేషించి తగిన నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటామని సీఎం తెలిపారు. కొన్ని చోట్ల రాజకీయ కారణాల వల్ల కూడా ప్రజల సంతృప్త స్థాయిపై ప్రభావం చూపుతోందని సీఎం అన్నారు. ప్రతీ ప్రభుత్వ శాఖ ప్రజలకు అందించే పౌరసేవల్ని మరింతగా మెరుగుపర్చుకోవాలని సూచించారు. అలాగే కీ పెర్ఫార్మెన్సు ఇండికేటర్లు ఏమేరకు రాష్ట్ర స్థూల ఉత్పత్తి పెరిగేందుకు ఉపకరిస్తున్నాయన్న అంశాన్ని కూడా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుంటామని సీఎం పేర్కొన్నారు. ఆర్టీజీఎస్ నుంచి నిర్వహించిన సమీక్షకు సీఎస్ కే.విజయానంద్ సహా వ్యవసాయ శాఖ, వైద్యారోగ్యశాఖ, మార్కెటింగ్, ఐటీ శాఖ ఉన్నతాధికారులు హాజరయ్యారు. యూరియా సరఫరాపై అధికారులతో టెలికాన్ఫరెన్సు వ్యవసాయ అధికారులు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పర్యటించి యూరియా సరఫరా, లభ్యతపై రైతులకు నమ్మకాన్ని కల్పించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించారు. జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లు, వ్యవసాయ శాఖ అధికారులతో మరోమారు టెలికాన్ఫరెన్సు నిర్వహించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో యూరియా లభ్యత సమృద్ధిగానే ఉందని దానిని సక్రమంగా వినియోగించుకోవాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించారు. మోతాదుకు మించి ఎరువులు వినియోగిస్తే భూసారం కూడా దెబ్బతింటుందన్న అంశాన్ని రైతులకు అవగాహన కల్పించాలని అన్నారు. కొందరు రైతులు రబీ కోసం కూడా ఇప్పుడే కొనుగోలు చేయకుండా చూడాలని అన్నారు. రబీ పంట కోసం ముందస్తుగానే ఎరువులను సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నట్టు సీఎం పేర్కోన్నారు. కొందరు రాజకీయ ముసుగులో క్రిమినల్స్ తరహాలో ఆలోచిస్తూ ఎరువులు లభ్యత ఉండదన్న అభద్రతా భావాన్ని కల్పిస్తున్నారని దీన్ని నియంత్రించాలన్నారు. ఎక్కడా రైతుల్లో ఆందోళన లేకుండా భరోసా కల్పించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. సీజన్ లో సాగునీరు ముందుగానే ఇవ్వటం వల్ల పంటల సాగుకూడా ఎక్కువ చేశారని.. వాణిజ్య పంటలైన ఉల్లి, మామిడి, మ్యాంగో, టమాటో, చీని కాయల ఉత్పత్తి ఎక్కువ వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉందని .. దీనికి స్వల్ప, మధ్య, ధీర్ఘ కాలిక ప్రణాళికలు ఉండాలని సూచించారు. మరోవైపు ఏజెన్సీ ప్రాంతాల్లో మలేరియా సహా విష జ్వరాలు సోకకుండా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని సీఎం జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ కు సూచనలు జారీ చేశారు. ఆర్టీజీఎస్ సమీక్షతో పాటు టెలికాన్ఫరెన్సు ద్వారా దాదాపు 5 గంటల పాటు సీఎం యూరియా సహా వివిధ అంశాలపై సమీక్షించారు. టెలికాన్ఫరెన్సు ద్వారా నిర్వహించిన సమీక్షకు మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నాయుడు, వ్యవసాయ శాఖ ఉన్నతాధికారులు, జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లు, జిల్లా వ్యవసాయ అధికారులు హాజరయ్యారు.

వ్యవసాయ రుణాలు, సంక్షేమ పధకాల అమలు,రుణ లక్ష్యాలపై సమీక్ష

        జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ కె.వెట్రిసెల్వి మాట్లాడుతూ వర్షాలు, వరదల మూలంగా పంటలకు అవసరమైన సస్యరక్షణ, ఎరువుల కొనుగోలు కోసం రైతులకు ఈ సమయంలో రుణ సౌకర్యం అవసరమవుతుందన్నారు. రైతులకు ప్రస్తుతం రుణాలు మంజూరు చేస్తే, వారిని ఎంతో ఆదుకున్నవాళ్ళం అవుతామని, రైతులకు కూడా రుణాలు తిరిగి  చెల్లించేందుకు అనువైన పరిస్థితులు కూడా ఉన్నాయన్నారు . పిఎంఈజిపి  కింద అందిన దరఖాస్తులు తిరస్కరణకు గల కారణాలను గుర్తించేందుకు స్టాండర్డ్ చెక్ లిస్ట్ ను తయారుచేసి అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. తిరస్కరణకు గురైన దరఖాస్తులను ఆయా శాఖల అధికారులు చెక్ లిస్ట్ ప్రకారం తనిఖీ చేసి, ఎల్డిఎం తో సంప్రతించాలన్నారు.  కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలకు లబ్దిదారులకు రుణాలు అందించే పథకాలపై ప్రజలలో విస్తృత అవగాహన కలిగించి, మరింత మంది ప్రజలు సద్వినియోగం చేసుకునే బ్యాంకర్లు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు.
