The initiative, aimed at improving employment prospects for unemployed graduates in the region, builds on the momentum of its first batch, whose participants successfully appeared in recruitment examinations conducted by prominent organisations. Results of those examinations are awaited.

Encouraged by the response to the first batch, Mr. Alapati announced

The recruitment process was overseen by G. Srinivas, HR and Managing Director of Genetics Academy Pvt. Ltd., who personally evaluated the candidates and made the final selections. The selected students will receive an annual package of ₹2.7 Lakhs.

The placement event was graced by several distinguished members of the college administration,
