- ముస్తాబవుతున్న బ్రాడీపేట రహదారి

గుంటూరు(జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్): హార్ట్ ఆఫ్ ది సిటీగా గుంటూరు నగరంలో ప్రఖ్యాతిగాంచిన బ్రాడీపేట 4వ లైనుకి పట్టిన రాజకీయ గ్రహణం ఎట్టకేలకు వీడింది. స్థానిక కార్పొరేటర్ ఈచంపాటి వెంకటకృష్ణ (ఆచారి) చొరవతో మిగిలిపోయిన బీటీ రోడ్డు పనులు తిరిగి ఆదివారం నుంచి ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి.

నిజానికి వైయస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలో ఉన్న సమయంలో బ్రాడీపేట నాలుగవ లైన్ విస్తరణ పనులు మొదలయ్యాయి. అప్పట్లో పనులు 14వ అడ్డరోడ్డు వరకు వచ్చిన తర్వాత రాష్ట్రంలో వైసీపీ అధికారం కోల్పోయి కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చింది. ఇక నాటి నుంచి బ్రాడీపేట మెయిన్ రోడ్డుకు మోక్షం కలగలేదు. ఎక్కడ వేసిన గొంగళి అక్కడే అన్న చందంగా ఎక్కడి పనులు అక్కడే నిలిచిపోయాయి. ఫలితంగా స్థానికులే కాక నిత్యం పలు పనుల నిమిత్తం బ్రాడీపేటకు వచ్చిపోయే ప్రజలు సైతం తీవ్ర ఇక్కట్లకు గురవుతున్నారు.

దీనిపై స్థానిక కార్పొరేటర్ ఈచంపాటి వెంకటకృష్ణ (ఆచారి) చొరవ చూపి, సమస్యను కమిషనర్ దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్ళి, చిట్ట చివరికి బ్రాడీపేట రోడ్డును పరిష్కార బాట పట్టించారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఆదివారం మొదలైన పనులను ఆచారి పర్యవేక్షించారు. కాంట్రాక్టర్ కిరణ్ కుమార్‌కు తగు సూచనలు, సలహాలు అందజేశారు. ఆయన వెంట పండ్ల నారాయణ, కరుణశ్రీ తదితరులు ఉన్నారు.

ఉద్యోగులే రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధికి శక్తి కేంద్రం: సీఎం చంద్రబాబు

అమరావతి (జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్) : రాష్ట్రాభివృద్ధిలో ఉద్యోగుల పాత్ర కీలకమని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు స్పష్టం చేశారు. రాష్ట్ర ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నేతలు, మంత్రులతో ప్రభుత్వం–ఉద్యోగుల సంబంధాలపై సమగ్ర చర్చ నిర్వహిస్తూ, “ఉద్యోగులతో సమన్వయం ద్వారానే రాష్ట్రాన్ని తదుపరి అభివృద్ధి స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లగలం” అన్నారు.

ఉండవల్లిలోని సీఎం నివాసంలో జరిగిన ఈ సమావేశానికి ఏపీఎన్జీవో, ఏపీ జేఏసీ అమరావతి, ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల సంఘం, సచివాలయ ఉద్యోగుల సంఘం, ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘాల నేతలు హాజరయ్యారు. మంత్రులు పయ్యావుల కేశవ్, నాదెండ్ల మనోహర్, సత్యకుమార్ యాదవ్ తదితరులు కూడా ఈ భేటీకి హాజరయ్యారు.

డీఏ, హెల్త్, పోలీసుల చెల్లింపులు

సమావేశం అనంతరం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ సీఎం చెప్పారు — “ఉద్యోగులకు ఒక డీఏ ఇవ్వాలని నిర్ణయించాం. నవంబరు 1న ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేస్తాం. దీని వలన ప్రభుత్వంపై ప్రతి నెలా రూ.160 కోట్ల అదనపు భారం పడుతుంది. పోలీసులకు సరెండర్ లీవ్ క్లియర్ చేయడానికి రూ.210 కోట్లు రెండు విడతల్లో చెల్లిస్తాం. 60 రోజుల్లోపు ఉద్యోగుల ఆరోగ్య వ్యయ వ్యవస్థను పూర్తిగా స్ట్రీమ్‌లైన్ చేస్తాం.”

ఉద్యోగి సంక్షేమానికి కొత్త చర్యలు ... చంద్రబాబు ప్రకటించిన ఇతర చర్యలు ఇలా ఉన్నాయి:

చైల్డ్ కేర్ లీవ్స్‌ను రిటైర్మెంట్ వరకు వినియోగించుకునే అవకాశం కల్పించాం.
ఆర్టీసీ ఉద్యోగులకు పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న ప్రమోషన్లు దీపావళి లోపు క్లియర్ చేస్తాం.
ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల భవనాలపై ఉన్న ప్రాపర్టీ టాక్స్ మాఫీ చేస్తాం.
4వ తరగతి ఉద్యోగుల గౌరవం పెంచేందుకు హోదా పేర్లను రీడెసిగ్నేట్ చేస్తాం.
ఆర్థిక వెసులుబాటు వచ్చిన వెంటనే పీఆర్సీ అమలు చేస్తాం.
సీపీఎస్ అంశంపై సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పును అధ్యయనం చేసి తదుపరి నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటాం.

“ప్రతిఒక్కరికీ శుభదీపావళి”

“ఉద్యోగులు సంతోషంగా ఉండాలి, ఒక కుటుంబంలా ప్రభుత్వంతో కలిసి పనిచేయాలి. అప్పుడు మాత్రమే హెల్తీ, వెల్తీ, హ్యాపీ సొసైటీ సాధ్యమవుతుంది,” అని సీఎం అన్నారు. “ఉద్యోగులందరికీ దీపావళి శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలుపుతున్నాను. ప్రభుత్వం మనందరిదీ అని గుర్తుంచుకుని పనిచేయాలి,” అని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.

నష్టం సరిచేసే దిశగా...

“గత పాలనలో జరిగిన విధ్వంసాన్ని సరిచేస్తున్నాం. గూగుల్ లాంటి సంస్థ విశాఖలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టడం చారిత్రాత్మక ఘట్టం. గత ఐదేళ్లలో పొరుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లా ఆర్థిక క్రమబద్ధత పాటించకపోవడం వలన ఇబ్బందులు వచ్చాయి. ఇప్పుడు ప్రతిదీ సరిచేయడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాం,” అని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.

“గత పాలనలో సరైన నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోకపోవడంతో రాష్ట్రం ఇబ్బందులు పడింది. భవిష్యత్ ఆదాయాన్ని కూడా తాకట్టు పెట్టి అనుత్పాదక వ్యయం చేశారు. ఇప్పుడు మేము ఆ విధ్వంసాన్ని సరిచేస్తున్నాం” అని అన్నారు. పొరుగు రాష్ట్రాలు గత ఐదేళ్లలో ఎస్టాబ్లిష్‌మెంట్ ఖర్చులను తగ్గించుకోగా, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో 91 శాతం వ్యయం ఇప్పటికీ ఎస్టాబ్లిష్‌మెంట్‌కే వెళ్తోందని వివరించారు.

“ఉద్యోగులు సంతోషంగా ఉంటేనే రాష్ట్రం అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుంది. హెల్తీ, వెల్తీ, హ్యాపీ సొసైటీ నిర్మాణమే మా కూటమి ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యం. ప్రభుత్వం మనందరిదీ అని గుర్తుంచుకుని కలిసి పని చేయాలి” అని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.

“టీడీపీ-జనసేన-బీజేపీ కలిసి పోటీ చేస్తే 94 శాతం స్ట్రైక్ రేట్ వచ్చింది. రాష్ట్ర పునర్నిర్మాణం చేయగల శక్తి కూటమికే ఉందని ప్రజలు నమ్మి ఓటేశారు” అని సీఎం చంద్రబాబు అన్నారు.

"ఉద్యోగులే రాష్ట్ర రథచక్రాలు"

“రూ.51,452 కోట్లను ఎస్టాబ్లిష్‌మెంట్ కోసమే ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నాం — అంటే 91 శాతం వ్యయం. కానీ ఇది భారం కాదు, పెట్టుబడి. ఎందుకంటే ఉద్యోగులే రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రధాన రథచక్రాలు,” అని చంద్రబాబు అన్నారు. “సంపద సృష్టి జరిగితేనే సంక్షేమం సాధ్యం. సుపరిపాలన ద్వారానే పెట్టుబడులు ఆకర్షించగలిగాం. అదే ఈ రాష్ట్ర పునర్నిర్మాణానికి పునాది అవుతుంది,” అని తెలిపారు. చివరిగా సీఎం ఉద్యోగులందరికీ దీపావళి శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలియజేస్తూ, “దీపావళి తర్వాత ఉద్యోగులు మరింత ఉత్సాహంగా పనిచేస్తారని ఆశిస్తున్నా. అభివృద్ధిలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ను నెంబర్ వన్‌గా తీసుకెళ్తాం” అని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

టెక్కలి (జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్) : మారుమూల ప్రాంతంలో మాన‌వీయ వెలుగులు ప్ర‌సరిస్తున్నాయి. క‌ష్టం అంటే చాలు రాష్ట్ర వ్య‌వ‌సాయ శాఖ మంత్రి కింజ‌రాపు అచ్చెన్నాయుడు క‌దిలి వ‌స్తున్నారు. ఫ‌లితంగా ఇవాళ ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి స‌హాయ నిధి త‌ర‌ఫున ఎన్న‌డూ లేని విధంగా, త్వ‌రిత‌గ‌తిన ఆరోగ్య సంబంధ స‌మ‌స్య‌లకు సంబంధించి బాధితుల‌కు గొప్పనైన భ‌రోసా అందుతోంది. త‌త్ ఫ‌లితంగా 130 మంది ల‌బ్ధిదారులు త‌మ ఆనందం వ్య‌క్తం చేస్తున్నారు. ఒక‌ప్పుడు కాళ్ల‌రిగేలా ఆఫీసుల చుట్టూ తిరిగినా ఫ‌లితం ఉండేది కాద‌ని కానీ ఇప్పుడు మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నాయుడు ప్రత్యేక చొరవ తీసుకు నిముఖ్య‌మంత్రి స‌హాయ నిధి స‌కాలంలో అందేలా కృషి చేసి, కొన్ని వంద‌ల కుటుంబాల్లో వెలుగులు నింప‌డం ఓ గొప్ప ప‌రిణామం అని బాధితులు చెబుతున్నారు. ఆనందోత్సాహాల‌తో చెబుతున్నారు.

ముఖ్యంగా టెక్క‌లి నియోజ‌కవ‌ర్గంలో ఇప్ప‌టిదాకా రెండు కోట్ల రూపాయ‌ల‌కు పైగా ఏడాదిన్న‌ర కాల వ్య‌వ‌ధిలోనే అందించడం, ఇందుకు అనుగుణంగా ప‌రిణామాలు సానుకూలం కావ‌డం బాధిత వ‌ర్గాలలో అచ్చెన్న నింపిన స్ఫూర్తి ఓ కార‌ణం. అలానే ఏ స‌మ‌స్య వ‌చ్చినా నేనున్నాన‌ని ఇర‌వై నాలుగు గంట‌లూ కార్యాల‌య వ‌ర్గాల‌ను అందుబాటులో ఉంచి బాధిత వ‌ర్గాల గోడు వినేందుకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తున్న మంత్రి అచ్చెన్న చొర‌వ చిర స్థాయిలో నిల‌వ‌నుంది. ఏ నాయ‌కుడికీ లేని విధంగా ఆయ‌న ఆఫీసు వ‌ర్గాలు ఎప్ప‌టిక‌ప్పుడు అప్ర‌మ‌త్తం అవుతూ బాధిత వ‌ర్గాలకు చెందిన స‌మాచారాన్ని విజ‌యవాడ‌కు చేర‌వేస్తూ, ఆరోగ్య సంబంధ స‌మ‌స్య‌ల ప‌రిష్కారంలో ముఖ్యంగా కీల‌క శ‌స్త్ర చికిత్స‌ల స‌మ‌యంలో చొర‌వ చూపి ప‌ని చేస్తుండ‌డంతో మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నకు ఈ నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గంలో మ‌రింత మంచి పేరు వ‌స్తున్న‌ది. ఇటీవ‌లే ఆయ‌న తీసుకున్న నిర్ణ‌యాల కార‌ణంగా.. సీఎంఆర్ఎఫ్ చెక్కుల పంపిణీ ఎక్క‌డా ఆల‌స్యం కాకుండా త్వరితగతన లబ్ధిదారులకు అందే విధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నారు.

వివిధ పనులపై కార్యాలయంకు వచ్చే వారికి ,నాణ్య‌మ‌యిన భోజ‌నం అందిస్తుండ‌డం శుభ ప‌రిణామం. ఇదే విష‌య‌మై మంత్రి అచ్చెన్న స్పందిస్తూ.. తాను ప్రాతినిధ్యం వ‌హిస్తున్న టెక్క‌లి నియోజకవర్గంలో ఏ ఒక్కరూ వైద్యం కోసం ఇబ్బందులు పడకూడదన్న ఆశయంతో త‌న వంతు కృషి చేస్తున్నాన‌ని, ఇందుకు ముఖ్య‌మంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు సైతం ఎంత‌గానో స‌హ‌కారం అందిస్తున్నాయ‌ని తెలిపారు. ఆపద సమయంలో అత్యవసరంగా అప్పు చేసి వైద్యం చేయించుకున్న పేదలకు రిలీఫ్ ఫండ్ కొండంత అండగా నిలుస్తుంది అనడంలో ఎటువంటి సందేహం లేద‌ని అన్నారు. ఆర్థికంగా ఇబ్బందులు పడుతూ ప్రైవేటు వైద్యశాలలో లక్షలు ఖర్చుచేసి వైద్యం చేయించుకున్న లబ్ధిదారులు ఆదుకునేందుకు కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అండగా నిలుస్తుంది పున‌రుద్ఘాటించారు.

Editor's Desk ( Journalist File ) : Success in life is not measured by the accolades we gather or the heights we scale. True success lies in the impact we make on the lives of others and the courage with which we rise from adversity. Mukku Srinivasareddy, the current Guntur District Fire Officer, embodies this truth. From humble beginnings in a poor agricultural family, his life is a testament to the strength of the human spirit, the power of determination, and the grace of selfless service.

A Humble Beginning, A Spark of Hope:

Born on April 15, 1968, in the village of Vemulapadu, Hanumantuni Padu Mandal, Prakasam district, Srinivasareddy’s childhood was marked by simplicity and struggle. His father, Mukku Pedda Tirupatireddy, and mother, Ratnamma, toiled on their small farm, cultivating crops on 20 acres of land. Electricity was a luxury, and education was not a priority for many in the village. Yet, in the face of these challenges, a flame of determination burned brightly within him.

In the darkness of his modest home, with only a lantern to light his books, Srinivasareddy studied relentlessly. Though the world around him seemed limited, his dreams soared far beyond. He excelled in his studies, emerging as a top student in his fifth grade. The simplicity of his beginnings only deepened his desire to achieve, for he knew that knowledge was the key to a brighter future.

The Journey of Education:

From those humble roots, Srinivasareddy set his sights on higher education. Inspired by the wisdom of his uncle, Roddem Tirupatireddy, he resolved to defy the financial hardships that threatened his path. With unwavering resolve, he completed his intermediate education in Markapur, before securing a B.Com degree, graduating at the top of his class. His pursuit of excellence didn’t stop there. Srinivasareddy went on to earn his M.Com from Nagarjuna University, where he was awarded a Gold Medal for his stellar performance.

Despite the financial hurdles, Srinivasareddy’s perseverance never faltered. Government scholarships came as a lifeline, allowing him to continue his studies without burdening his family, proving that the pursuit of knowledge can break any chain.

A Career of Courage and Service:

In 1991, Srinivasareddy joined the Andhra Pradesh Special Police (APSP) 6th Battalion as a Sub-Inspector. However, recognizing his potential for greater impact, he left this role and, in 1993, joined the Fire Services as a Station Fire Officer. His first posting was in Gowliguda, Hyderabad. Here began a career defined by heroism, selflessness, and an unwavering commitment to saving lives.

Srinivasareddy’s career is filled with stories of courage and sacrifice. In 1995, during a massive fire at the Micro Filters Godown, he risked his life to save many others. The same spirit of bravery was displayed during the fire at Shubham Maheswari Cold Storage in January 2024, where he once again stepped into danger to rescue victims.

Guntur Civic Chief Conducts Surprise Inspection at Birth and Death Registration Office

Andhra Pradesh, Guntur ( Journalist File ) : Guntur Municipal Corporation (GMC) Commissioner Puli Srinivasulu conducted a surprise inspection of the Birth and Death Registration Centre at the municipal office on Saturday. During the visit, he expressed displeasure over the delay in processing applications, with some pending for months, and directed immediate corrective measures.

The Commissioner ordered that all applications submitted by citizens must be resolved within 48 hours. Noting negligence by the staff, he instructed the transfer of data entry operators from the department and their replacement with new personnel. Pending applications must be cleared within two days, he added.

The Commissioner also expressed dissatisfaction over irregular attendance of staff at the registration centre. Emphasizing the critical nature of birth and death certificates, he warned that negligence in handling these services would result in strict action.

To ensure timely processing of applications, sanitation secretaries were directed to conduct on-ground verifications promptly. He reiterated that staff must function with accountability and professionalism to enhance the department’s efficiency and responsiveness to public needs.
