CM distributes land records at Vemuru event, announces Suryalanka beach tourism push and ₹27 crore in local infrastructure; takes aim at opposition for alleged threats and destabilisation attempts

VEMURU: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday said the government would complete the distribution of 1.12 crore pattadar passbooks across Andhra Pradesh by March 2027, assuring farmers that the exercise was entirely corruption-free and that passbooks would be delivered directly to beneficiaries' homes following auto-mutation.

Speaking at the 'Mee Bhoomi – Mee Hakku' programme held at Surepalli village in Vemuru constituency of Bapatla district, Mr. Naidu personally distributed passbooks to farmers and reviewed land records in their presence. He said the government's Re-Survey 2.0 initiative had been launched to resolve long-standing land disputes permanently, with work already completed in 6,976 of the State's 16,816 villages. The entire resurvey, he said, would be wrapped up by March 2027.

Technology and land reforms

Mr. Naidu said advanced security features including blockchain technology, QR codes, and digital lockers had been introduced to prevent tampering with land records. He added that the Land Titling Act had been repealed to better safeguard property rights, and that 100 per cent auto-mutation had been implemented for sale, gift, and partition deeds.

On land encumbrances, the Chief Minister said 1.37 lakh acres of village service inam lands had been removed from the Section 22-A prohibited list, with steps under way to free another one lakh acres. Registration charges had also been simplified, with properties valued up to ₹10 lakh attracting a flat fee of ₹100, and those above that threshold charged ₹1,000.

Attack on opposition conduct

Mr. Naidu trained his sights on the opposition, alleging that those who held power for five years had left behind a trail of misgovernance, and were now resorting to threats and intimidation after losing office. He alleged that attempts had been made to attack media organisations and warned that such conduct was corrosive to democratic values.

"Threatening to reopen cases and target individuals upon returning to power reflects a vindictive mindset. My government will always act strictly in accordance with the law — but we will not encourage behaviour that endangers public safety."

He urged the public not to be misled, saying that collective responsibility was essential to protect the State's progress, and that leaders who depended solely on political power for survival could not sustain themselves through any other means.

Suryalanka as 'Mini Goa'

Turning to regional development, Mr. Naidu announced that Suryalanka Beach in Bapatla district would be developed as a "Mini Goa," positioning it as a destination for beach tourism. He said the government was simultaneously focusing on eco-tourism and temple tourism as part of a broader effort to harness the State's tourism potential.

Infrastructure for Vemuru

The Chief Minister announced a package of infrastructure investments for Vemuru constituency: ₹10 crore for a bridge over the Tungabhadra drain, ₹15 crore for a high-level bridge on the Kolluru ferry road, ₹2 crore for a culvert on the Bhattiprolu–Pesarlanka road, and a new fire station for Vemuru town.

Concluding his address, Mr. Naidu said sustainable governance, transparent systems, and people-centric reforms were indispensable to the State's long-term growth and stability.

అమరావతి ( జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్ ) :  రాష్ట్రంలో పారిశ్రామిక ప్రగతికి వేగంగా అడుగులు పడుతున్నాయి. కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకువచ్చిన నూతన పాలసీలతో రాష్ట్రంలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టేందుకు దేశ, విదేశీ సంస్థల ఆసక్తి చూపిస్తున్నాయి. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వంతో ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకుని వెను వెంటనే ప్రాజెక్టుల స్థాపనకు శ్రీకారం చుడుతున్నాయి. ఇప్పటికే కొన్ని సంస్థలు శంకుస్థాపనలు కూడా నిర్వహించగా... మరి కొన్ని కంపెనీలు పెట్టుబడులపై ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకుంటున్నాయి. గత ప్రభుత్వ విధానాలతో రాష్ట్రంపై విశ్వాసం కోల్పోయిన పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలను తిరిగి రాష్ట్రానికి రప్పించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం చేస్తున్న ప్రయత్నాలు ఫలితాలను ఇస్తున్నాయి. 11 నెలల కాలంలో ఎస్ఐపీబీ ఇప్పటికి 6 సార్లు సమావేశం కాగా, 76 ప్రాజెక్టులకు సంబంధించి రూ.4,95,796 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడులకు ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. వీటి ద్వారా 4,50,934 మందికి ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కలుగనున్నాయి. తాజాగా గురువారం సచివాలయంలో సీఎం చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన 6వ ఎస్ఐపిబి సమావేశంలో 19 ప్రాజెక్టులకు ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. వీటికి సంబంధించి రూ. 33 వేల కోట్లకు పైగా పెట్టుబడులకు ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. ఎనర్టీ, టూరిజం, ఐటీ, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ రంగాల్లో ఈ పెట్టుబడుల ద్వారా దాదాపు 35 వేల మందికి ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు లభించనున్నాయి.

ప్రాజెక్టుల పురోగతిపై నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ : 

ఈ సందర్భంగా సమీక్షలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మాట్లాడుతూ... ‘రాష్ట్రంలో పెట్టుబడుల కోసం ముందుకు వచ్చి ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకున్న సంస్థలు... ప్రాజెక్టుల శంకుస్ధాపన నుంచి ప్రారంభోత్సవం వరకు అధికారులు నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ జరపాలి. ప్రతి ప్రాజెక్టు పురోగతిని నిరంతరం ఫాలోఅప్ చేయాలి. ఆయా సంస్ధల పెట్టుబడులు, క్షేత్ర స్థాయి పనుల స్థితిగతులను తెలుసుకునేందుకు డాష్ బోర్డ్ తీసుకురావాలి. తద్వారా ఏ ప్రాజెక్టు ఏ స్థాయిలో ఉంది అనేది తెలుసుకోవచ్చు. పెట్టుబడులతో పాటు వచ్చిన ఉద్యోగాల వివరాలతో పోర్టల్ రావాలి. ఎస్ఐపిబి సమావేశాల్లో కొత్త పెట్టుబడులకు ఆమోదం తెలపడంతో పాటు... ఇప్పటికే ఆమోదం తెలిపి ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకున్న ప్రాజెక్టులకు సంబంధించి ప్రోగ్రస్ వివరించాలి’ అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. 

50 వేల హోటల్ రూములు లక్ష్యం : 

టూరిజం ప్రాజెక్టుల ఏర్పాటుపై సిఎం చంద్రబాబు మాట్లాడుతూ...‘టూరిజం సెక్టార్‌లో హోటళ్లు, రూముల కొరత ఉంది. పెద్దఎత్తున హొటల్ రూమ్‌లు వస్తే పర్యాటకానికి ఊపు వస్తుంది. 50 వేల రూమ్‌లు అందుబాటులోకి తేవాలి అనేది మన ముందున్న లక్ష్యం. హోటల్ రూమ్‌ల ధరలు అందుబాటులో ఉంటే పర్యాటకులు ఆయా ప్రాంతాల్లో బస చేస్తారు. కారవాన్స్‌కు సంబంధించి పాలసీని కూడా సిద్దం చేసి అమల్లోకి తేవడం ద్వారా కొత్త పర్యాటకులకు కొత్త అనుభూతి కలుగుతుంది. తద్వారా పర్యాటక ఆదాయం కూడా పెరుగుతుంది. ముఖ్యంగా దేవాలయాలకు వచ్చే వారికి మంచి వసతి అనేది చాలా ముఖ్యం. కుటుంబాలతో వచ్చే వారు ప్రశాంతమైన, పరిశుభ్రమైన వాతారవణంలో ఉండాలి అనుకుంటారు. రాష్ట్రంలో రద్దీగా ఉండే 21 దేవాలయాల్లో వసతి సౌకర్యం పెంచే చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి. టెంట్లు (గుడారాలు) ఏర్పాటు చేసి వసతి కల్పించే ప్రాజెక్టులను ప్రారంభించాలి. అదే విధంగా గోదావరి, కృష్ణా నదుల వద్ద నిర్వహిస్తున్న హారతుల కార్యక్రమాన్ని ఆధ్యాత్మిక శోభ పెంచేలా చేపట్టాలి’ అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి సూచించారు. పారిశ్రామికరంగంపై మాట్లాడుతూ... ‘వ్యవసాయ వ్యర్ధాలను కొన్ని చోట్ల తగలబెడుతున్నారు... దీన్ని నివారించాల్సి ఉంది. చిన్నచిన్న ప్లాంట్ల ద్వారా అగ్రికల్చర్ వేస్ట్‌ను సర్క్యులర్ ఎకానమీగా మార్చాలి. అగ్రికల్చర్ వేస్ట్‌ను సద్వినియోగం చేసుకునే పరిశ్రమలకు ప్రోత్సాహం ఇవ్వాలి’ అని సిఎం సూచించారు. 

6వ ఎస్ఐపీబీ ఆమోదం తెలిపిన పెట్టుబడుల వివరాలు :

6వ ఎస్ఐపీబీ సమావేశంలో వివిధ రంగాలకు చెందిన మొత్తం 19 సంస్థలకు సంబంధించి రూ. 33,720 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడులకు ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. వీటి ద్వారా 34,621 మందికి ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు దక్కనున్నాయి.

Speaking at the Mega Parent-Teacher Meeting held at Bapatla Municipal High School, Naidu emphasized the importance of continuous learning to reach greater heights and urged students to embrace technology and stay focused on education.

He expressed satisfaction over the participation of nearly 1.2 crore parents, teachers, and students in the state-wide initiative, which was conducted simultaneously in 45,000 schools. Naidu stated that such collaborative efforts could lead to significant changes in the education system. "If parents, teachers, students, and the government work in coordination, we can achieve remarkable goals," he said, adding that these meetings would become an annual event, held every December 7th.

Naidu recalled his own experiences of learning from his early teachers, stressing that students must focus on their studies and stay away from harmful addictions. He also pointed out the negative impact of technology, urging parents to ensure that children do not become slaves to smartphones. "Parents must monitor their children's use of technology and guide them towards its constructive use," he said. The Chief Minister addressed the growing concern of drug use in the state, particularly the cultivation of cannabis in residential areas. He announced the establishment of the EAGLE system to combat the illegal transportation and use of drugs. "We will completely curb the use of cannabis and ensure that drugs do not become a part of our state’s narrative," Naidu vowed.

On the importance of the family system, Naidu spoke about the rich cultural heritage of India, contrasting it with practices in countries like Japan and the USA, where children are encouraged to support themselves through education and work. He underscored the significance of respecting elders and the role of family in fostering strong values.

Naidu also highlighted the need for a balanced approach to education, urging students to give equal attention to both academics and sports. "Participation in sports not only strengthens the body but also the mind," he said, reiterating the state's commitment to enhancing infrastructure in schools. He promised that all schools in the state would have digital libraries and labs by the next academic year. He also assured that incomplete classrooms in Bapatla Municipality would be completed and the facilities improved.

Later, the Chief Minister interacted with students at the school, encouraging them to study hard for a bright future. He also shared a meal with the students, reinforcing the importance of staying healthy and focused on education.
