During a meeting with collectors on education-related issues, Lokesh called for sustained efforts to raise pass percentages and improve overall academic standards. He said district administrations should identify education-sector challenges at the local level and develop focused strategies to address them.

The minister also stressed the need to strengthen school infrastructure alongside academic performance.

కాకుమాను, (జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్): కాకుమాను మండల పరిధిలోని కొండపాటూరు గ్రామంలో ఇంగ్లీషు మీడియం హైస్కూలును మంజూరు చేస్తూ రాష్ట్ర విద్యాశాఖ కార్యదర్శి కోన శశిధర్  తుది ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు.  ఐదో తరగతి వరకు ముత్తినేని కోటయ్య మోడల్ స్కూలుగా అది కొనసాగుతుంది. ఆరో తరగతి నుంచి పదో తరగతి వరకు విడిగా హైస్కూలు ఏర్పాటవుతుంది. వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం తొమ్మితో తరగతి, ఆపై సంవత్సరం పదో తరగతిని ప్రవేశపెడతారని మండల విద్యా శాఖ అధికారులు తెలియజేసారు.       

హైస్కూలుకు, మోడల్ స్కూలుకు కలిపి 14 మంది టీచర్లను మంజూరు చేశారు. వీరిలో 8 మంది స్కూలు అసిస్టెంట్లు, ఆరుగురు సెకండరీ గ్రేడ్ టీచర్లు ఉంటారు. ప్రస్తుతం  స్కూల్లో 7 గురు మంది టీచర్లు ఉన్నారు. 6, 7, 8 తరగతుల విద్యార్థులు 60 మంది ఉండాలని, అలాగే ఆటస్థలం, తరగతి గదులు సమకూర్చితేనే హైస్కూలుగా మార్చుతామని జిల్లా కలెక్టరు, డీఈవోలు సూచించగా
