విజయవాడ (జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్): విజయవాడలోని ఎంబీవికే విజ్ఞాన్ కేంద్రం, రాఘవయ్య పార్క్ వద్ద ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సమగ్ర శిక్ష కాంట్రాక్ట్ & ఔట్ సోర్సింగ్ ఎంప్లాయీస్ ఫెడరేషన్ జేఏసీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో “దశాబ్ద ఐక్యత – భవిష్యత్తు పోరాట సభ” ఘనంగా నిర్వహించబడింది. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా వేలాదిమంది సమగ్ర శిక్ష కాంట్రాక్ట్ మరియు ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులు సభలో పాల్గొన్నారు. గౌరవ అతిథులుగా ఏవి నాగేశ్వరరావు, చైర్మన్ బి. కాంతారావు, జనరల్ సెక్రటరీలు కళ్యాణి, రఫీ, మరియు యూటీఎఫ్ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు నక్క వెంకటేశ్వరరావు హాజరయ్యారు.

సభలో నాయకులు ప్రభుత్వంపై తీవ్ర విమర్శలు చేశారు. మినిమమ్ టైం స్కేల్, హెచ్‌ఆర్ పాలసీ, సమ్మె అగ్రిమెంట్ అమలు విషయంలో నిర్లక్ష్యం చూపడం ఉద్యోగుల హక్కులకు హాని చేస్తోందని అన్నారు. పది సంవత్సరాలుగా సాగుతున్న ఉద్యమాల ద్వారా సాధించిన అగ్రిమెంట్ అమలు కాని పరిస్థితిని తీవ్రంగా ఆవేదనగా పేర్కొన్నారు.

నాయకులు ప్రభుత్వానికి స్పష్టమైన డిమాండ్ చేసారు – కాంట్రాక్ట్ మరియు ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగుల రెగ్యులరైజేషన్, రిటైర్మెంట్ వయస్సు 62 సంవత్సరాలకు పెంపు, ఈపీఎఫ్, గ్రాట్యూటీ, హెల్త్ స్కీమ్‌లు, ఖాళీల భర్తీ, ఉద్యోగ భద్రతకు చట్టబద్ధ హామీ వెంటనే అమలు చేయాలని కోరారు.

ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే మినిమమ్ టైం స్కేల్, హెచ్‌ఆర్ పాలసీ మరియు సమ్మె అగ్రిమెంట్ అమలు చేయకపోతే, డిసెంబర్ 10న “ఛలో ఎస్పీడీ” కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించి, జనవరి నుండి రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా సమ్మె దిశగా కార్యాచరణ ప్రారంభిస్తామని తెలిపారు.

అమరావతి( జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్ ): ప్రాథమిక ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రాల్లో (పీహెచ్సీలు) పనిచేసే వైద్యులు పీజీ ఇన్-సర్వీస్ కోటా సంబంధిత సమస్యలపై ఆందోళనలు చేస్తున్న నేపథ్యంలో, రాష్ట్ర వైద్య ఆరోగ్య శాఖ చర్యలకు దిగింది. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం బోధనాసుపత్రులు, సామాజిక, ప్రాంతీయ, జిల్లా ఆసుపత్రుల్లో పనిచేస్తున్న ఎంబీబీఎస్ వైద్యులను పీహెచ్సీలకు పంపేలా ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.

సోమవారం రాత్రి విడుదలైన ఆదేశాల ప్రకారం, బోధనాసుపత్రుల్లో ఉన్న 1,014 మంది పీజీ విద్యార్థులు, సీనియర్ రెసిడెంట్లు, ఎంబీబీఎస్ ట్యూటర్లు, అలాగే సామాజిక, ప్రాంతీయ, జిల్లా ఆసుపత్రుల్లో పనిచేస్తున్న 1,017 మంది ఎంబీబీఎస్ వైద్యులను మాప్ చేసి, మంగళవారం నుంచి విధుల్లో నియమిస్తారు. ఈ చర్య ద్వారా రోగులకు యథావిధిగా సేవలు అందుతాయని ప్రభుత్వం తెలిపింది.

సహేతుకం లేదు
పీహెచ్సీ వైద్యుల ఆందోళనలు సమంజసం కాదని కమిషనర్ వీరపాండియన్, ఆరోగ్య, కుటుంబ సంక్షేమ శాఖ అధికారులు స్పష్టం చేశారు. భవిష్యత్తులో వచ్చే ఖాళీలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని, ప్రభుత్వం ఇన్-సర్వీస్ కోటా సీట్లను కేటాయించింది. ఇటీవల విడుదల చేసిన జీఎో ప్రకారం 15% క్లినికల్ (7 స్పెషాల్టీలు), 30% నాన్-క్లినికల్ సీట్లు కేటాయించబడ్డాయి. రాబోయే మూడు సంవత్సరాల్లో సుమారు వెయ్యి మంది ఇన్-సర్వీస్ పీజీలు విధుల్లో చేరనున్నారు.

సెలవులు లేవు
పీహెచ్సీల్లో పనిచేసే ఇతర సిబ్బంది సెలవులు వదిలి, అన్ని హెల్త్ అండ్ వెల్నెస్ కేంద్రాల్లోనే ఉండాలని వైద్య ఆరోగ్య శాఖ ఆదేశించింది. అత్యవసర పరిస్థితుల్లో మరింత అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండి, స్థానిక పరిస్థితులను ఉన్నతాధికారులకు తెలియజేయాలని సూచించింది. 108 అంబులెన్స్ సిబ్బంది స్థానిక ఆసుపత్రులతో సమన్వయం చేసుకోవాలని పేర్కొంది.

YSR Congress MP Avinash Reddy Arrested Amid Tensions Over Irrigation Society Elections

Andhra Pradesh , Kadapa ( Journalist File ) : YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) MP Avinash Reddy was arrested by the police on Thursday following a heated altercation at the Vemula Tahsildar office in the Pulivendula constituency, which is part of the Kadapa district. The incident occurred during a protest involving farmers, who accused local officials of withholding "No Dues" certificates from YSRCP-affiliated farmers in the ongoing irrigation society elections.

Reddy, along with a group of farmers, had gathered at the Vemula office to demand the issuance of the certificates. Tensions escalated when Telugu Desam Party (TDP)-affiliated farmers were also present at the office. In the ensuing chaos, police detained Avinash Reddy and transported him to the Vemula Police Station before transferring him to Pulivendula for further proceedings.

Speaking to the media during the incident, Avinash Reddy criticized the ruling government for failing to fulfill any promises made to farmers in the past seven months. He expressed his belief that such negligence would lead to a crushing defeat for the government in the irrigation society elections.

"The refusal to issue No Dues certificates to farmers is a clear indication of the government's failure. When farmers come to cast their votes democratically, the ruling party, fearing defeat, is using the police to obstruct the process and indulge in unethical politics," Reddy said, denouncing the actions of the authorities. He also condemned the use of political influence to disrupt the democratic process and called for accountability.

Reddy further questioned the logic behind holding elections for irrigation societies if there was no genuine intent to conduct them fairly. He suggested that if the government had no intention to allow competitive elections, it should simply appoint nominees to positions in the irrigation societies, rather than giving it the title of an election.

The MP concluded by expressing his strong opposition to the government's actions and vowed to continue fighting for the rights of farmers in the region.

BRS Legislators Detained as Assembly Session Begins Without Opposition

Hyderabad ( Journalist File ) : The Telangana Legislative Assembly session commenced without the presence of the principal opposition party. As the BRS (Bharat Rashtra Samithi) legislators and MLCs headed towards the Assembly, police blocked their way and arrested several of them. Among those detained were K.T. Rama Rao, K. Kavitha, and other party representatives, who were later taken away in police vans.

Earlier in the day, BRS legislators and MLCs had paid tribute to the martyrs of Telangana at the Amaraveerula Stupa in Gun Park on the occasion of Deeksha Vijay Diwas. Afterward, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao's son, K.T. Rama Rao, along with Revanth Reddy, donned T-shirts featuring photos of industrialist Adani, and made their way towards the Assembly.

At Gate-2 of the Assembly, they were stopped by the police, who expressed objection to their attire. This led to a brief tense standoff. K.T. Rama Rao confronted the police, demanding an explanation for their actions. In response, Revanth Reddy and other BRS representatives raised slogans such as "Adani Bhai Bhai" and "Kusthi in Delhi, Dosti in the Streets," among others, in a show of protest.

Tension in Assembly as BRS Legislators Confronted by Security Personnel

Hyderabad ( Journalist File ) : The Telangana Assembly premises witnessed tense moments on Monday when security personnel stopped BRS legislators and MLCs at the assembly gate. In response, the party representatives raised slogans against the government. The incident occurred when legislators, including K.T. Rama Rao and Harish Rao, arrived wearing T-shirts featuring photographs of Adani and Revanth Reddy, which security personnel objected to.

K.T. Rama Rao questioned the security staff on the reason for their obstruction, leading to a verbal altercation between the security personnel and the BRS representatives. The incident comes amid protests against Adani and Revanth Reddy's ties, with Revanth Reddy leading chants like "Adani Bhai Bhai" and other slogans, including "In Delhi it's Wrestling, in the streets it's Friendship, Telangana Mother is Ours, Congress Mother is Yours."

Earlier, the legislators paid tribute to the martyrs at Gun Park, observing two minutes of silence, followed by a rendition of patriotic songs, including "Jai Hind" and "Veerulaku Johar."
