Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Satyakumar Yadav on Monday sounded a sharp warning over the state's sharply declining fertility rate, calling it a new kind of population time bomb that could trigger severe economic and social consequences if left unaddressed. In a detailed statement released here, the Minister said the state's Total Fertility Rate — the average number of children a woman bears in her lifetime — had fallen to an alarming 1.50, well below the replacement level of 2.10 required for population stabilisation.

Announcing that the state government had formulated a new Population Stabilisation Policy Framework, the Minister said the document would be placed in the public domain shortly, on the directions of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, for wide consultation among citizens, media, and other stakeholders.

A Demographic Shift in the Making

Presenting a sobering statistical picture, the Minister said the state's population growth rate had declined from 7.10 per cent during 2011–15 to 1.70 per cent at present, and was projected to fall further to 0.30 per cent by 2035 if the current trend continued. The fertility rate, which stood at 1.68 not long ago, has already slipped to 1.50 and risks declining further without corrective intervention.

The Minister pointed to a widening generational imbalance. The median age of Andhra Pradesh's population currently stands at 32.50 years, compared to the national median of 28 years — a gap that he said illustrated how much faster the state's population was ageing relative to the rest of the country.

Projections underlying the new policy framework paint a stark picture: the share of children below 14 years in the state's population, which stood at 25 per cent in 2011, is expected to fall to 15 per cent by 2036. Simultaneously, the proportion of those above 60 years is projected to nearly double from 10 per cent to 19 per cent by 2036, and rise further to 23 per cent by 2047 — a trajectory that the Minister warned would seriously impede the state's Swarna Andhra development goals.

"If the present trend continues, the demographic dividend we currently enjoy will disappear by 2040, and we will instead be burdened with a rapidly ageing population," the Minister cautioned.

A New Policy Direction

Marking a significant departure from decades of population control policy, the new framework shifts its focus from limiting family size to creating conditions under which families voluntarily choose to have more children. The Minister said the earlier policy of state-directed family planning targets had run its course and that the time had come to build a supportive environment for larger families.

The framework is built around five pillars — Matrutva (maternal and child health), Sanjeevani (lifelong health monitoring through individual health records), Shakti (women's empowerment), Kshema (dignified and productive ageing), and Naipunya (skill development across life stages) — each designed to reinforce the other in a mutually supportive architecture.

Women's Empowerment at the Centre

The Minister underlined that women's empowerment was central to the success of the new policy. The framework aims to raise women's participation in the workforce from the current level to 60 per cent — an increase of over 25 percentage points — over the next decade, which the government estimates would contribute a 15 per cent increase in the state's Gross State Domestic Product.

The policy also proposes to bring down the proportion of women undergoing sterilisation from the current 70 per cent to 50 per cent within five years, and to extend free infertility treatment services to the estimated 12 lakh families in the state facing fertility-related challenges.

Chief Minister's Initiative

Attributing the policy initiative to Chief Minister Naidu's foresight in anticipating long-term demographic challenges, the Minister said the framework had emerged from the Chief Minister's thinking on proactively addressing problems before they reached a point of no return.

The Minister called on the public, media, and civil society to engage actively with the policy document once released, and to support the building of a broader social movement around population stabilisation. "The next ten years are critical. We must achieve a fertility rate of 2.10 by 2035 to lay the foundation for a stable and prosperous Andhra Pradesh," he said.

New Chairperson, Members Assume Charge of Andhra Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights

Vijayawada: Vetukoori AVS Suryanarayana Raju assumed charge as the new Chairperson of the Andhra Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (APSCPCR) on Monday, along with six newly appointed members, at a ceremony held at the State Commission office.

The six members who took oath and assumed charge are K.G. Venkata Padmalatha, Dr. Dhoni Srinivas Murthy, Undavalli Gandhi Babu, Challa Madhusudana Rao, Mandala Ganga Suryanarayana and P. Naga Manasa. The assumption of charge took place in the presence of Commission Secretary Umadevi, who along with the staff extended warm greetings to the newly constituted body.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Chairperson Vetukoori AVS Suryanarayana Raju said the commission would work earnestly to lay a strong foundation for the bright future of children in the state. He expressed the collective resolve of the members to position Andhra Pradesh as a leader in child rights protection at the national level through coordinated efforts.

The Chairperson further stated that the commission, working in close coordination with state and district level officials, would strive to establish Andhra Pradesh as a truly Child Friendly State. At a structured training programme held at BH College in the Brodipet area of Guntur's Western Constituency Third Mandal on Saturday, BJP workers gathered to learn one of modern politics' most essential skills — how to fight and win the battle for public opinion on social media.

The awareness programme on social media usage was organised as part of a broader training session conducted under the leadership of Prashikshan Varg Pramukh Palapati Ravi Kumar — and it drew an engaged and enthusiastic turnout of party workers eager to sharpen their digital communication skills ahead of future electoral battles.

Social Media: The New Battlefield

The session's chief speaker was Velagaleti Gangadhar — BJP State Media Co-Convener and Director of the Andhra Pradesh Brahmana Welfare Corporation — a man who clearly knows his subject and delivered it with conviction.

In the digital age, Gangadhar told the assembled workers, social media is not a luxury or an afterthought. It is the most powerful tool available for direct, real-time communication with the public — and no political worker worth their salt can afford to ignore it.

"In the current digital era, social media is the most powerful instrument for connecting directly with the people," Gangadhar said. "Platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, when used effectively, can carry the party's ideology, the central government's development programmes, and welfare schemes to citizens rapidly and at scale."

NaMo App and Saral App: Every Worker Must Be On Board

Gangadhar went beyond general principles, urging every BJP worker present to actively use two specific digital platforms — the NaMo App and the Saral App — as essential tools of party organisation and communication.

These platforms, he explained, are not merely symbolic gestures toward digital modernity. They are functional tools through which party programmes can be coordinated, membership details managed, and real-time information shared efficiently across the party's vast organisational network.

"Every worker must use the NaMo App and the Saral App," Gangadhar said firmly. "Through these platforms, party activities, membership information, and organisational data can be managed effectively and efficiently."

The directive reflects a broader BJP strategy of building a digitally connected party structure — one where information flows quickly from the national leadership down to the booth level, and where every worker is a node in a coordinated communication network.

Three Responsibilities of Every Digital Worker

Gangadhar distilled the responsibilities of BJP workers in the digital space into three clear and actionable duties — a framework that gave the training session practical shape.

First, workers must ensure that accurate and truthful information about the party and the government reaches the public through social media channels. In an environment flooded with competing narratives, getting the correct facts out quickly is itself a form of political action.

Second, workers must actively counter false propaganda — identifying and responding to misinformation about the party, its leadership, and the central government's policies and programmes. In the digital age, silence in the face of falsehood is not neutrality. It is surrender.

Third, and perhaps most importantly, workers must use social media to build and deepen direct relationships with citizens — engaging genuinely, responding to concerns, and making the party accessible and human at the community level.

"It is the responsibility of every party worker to deliver true information to the people through social media, counter false propaganda, and strengthen direct relationships with citizens," Gangadhar said.

Booth-Level Digital Communication

The session closed with a rallying call that captured the strategic ambition behind the entire training exercise.

Gangadhar urged every worker to use social media responsibly — and to work toward strengthening digital communication at the booth level. In BJP's organisational philosophy, the booth is the fundamental unit of political action. A party that wins the digital battle at the booth level wins elections.

The directive to extend digital capability all the way down to the booth reflects the party's recognition that the social media revolution is not just a national phenomenon. It plays out in every neighbourhood, every community, and every local conversation — and a party that is not present and active at that level will lose the information battle where it matters most.

రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 26 జిల్లాలను మూడు జోన్లుగా విభజించి బాలామృతం సరఫరా కోసం మహిళా శిశు సంక్షేమ శాఖ సెప్టెంబరులో టెండర్లు పిలిచింది. ఏడాదికి సుమారు రూ.240 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో ఈ పథకాన్ని ఐదేళ్ల పాటు కొనసాగించాలని నిర్ణయించారు. అయితే టెండర్లలో నిర్దేశించిన అర్హతా ప్రమాణాలు పేరున్న, అనుభవజ్ఞులైన న్యూట్రిషన్ పౌడర్ తయారీ సంస్థలను పోటీ నుంచి తప్పించేందుకే రూపకల్పన చేశారన్న ఆరోపణలు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి.

న్యూట్రిషన్ పౌడర్ లేదా హెల్త్ మిక్స్ తయారీలో అనుభవం లేని సంస్థలకు కూడా అవకాశం కల్పించడం ద్వారా శిశువుల ఆరోగ్యంతో రాజీ పడుతున్నారని పోషకాహార నిపుణులు హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు. రాగి పిండి, మల్టీగ్రెయిన్ అటా, అటుకులు, పల్లీ చిక్కీ, హాట్ కుక్ మీల్ వంటి పూర్తిగా భిన్నమైన ఉత్పత్తులు సరఫరా చేసే సంస్థలకు ఈ కీలక బాధ్యత అప్పగించాలన్న ప్రయత్నాలు అనుమానాలకు తావిస్తున్నాయి.

 ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరణ చట్టం 2014 ద్వారా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ విభజన జరిగి 11 సంవత్సరాలు కావస్తున్న అమరావతిలో పనిచేస్తున్న రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయ ఉద్యోగస్తులకు ఇప్పటివరకు ఇళ్ల స్థలాలు కేటాయించకపోవడం సరైనది కాదని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ స్టేట్ ఎంప్లాయిస్ అసోసియేషన్ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు నల్లపల్లి విజయ భాస్కర్ విమర్శించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా నల్లపల్లి విజయభాస్కర్ మాట్లాడుతూ 13-02-2019 న రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం అమరావతి లో పనిచేసే ఉద్యోగులకు ఇళ్ల స్థలాలు కేటాయించాలని జీవో నెంబర్  66 ఇవ్వడం జరిగిందని, ఈ ఉత్తర్వుల మేరకు రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయంలో పనిచేసే గెజిటెడ్ ఉద్యోగులు మరియు విభాగాల అధిపతులకు చదరపు గజం 4500 రూపాయలతో 200 చదరపు గజాలు, నాన్ గెజిటెడ్ ఉద్యోగులు మరియు వివిధ శాఖల ఉన్నతాధికారులకు చదరపు గజం 4000 రూపాయలతో 170 చదరపు గజాల ఇంటి స్థలాలు మంజూరు చేయాల్సి ఉందన్నారు. కానీ 2019 నుండి 2025 వరకు ఈ ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వులు అమలు కాకపోవడం శోచనీయం అన్నారు. గత ప్రభుత్వంలో రాజధాని విషయంలో ఏర్పడిన సందిగ్ధం దృష్ట్యా ఉద్యోగులు అమరావతిలో ఇళ్ల స్థలాలు అడగలేకపోయారని అన్నారు. ప్రస్తుత ప్రభుత్వం అమరావతిని ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా నిర్మించాలనే దృఢ సంకల్పంతో ఉన్న ఈ తరుణం లో ఉద్యోగుల కు ఇళ్ల స్థలాలు కేటాయిస్తే మరింత ప్రయోజనం చేకూరుతుందని అన్నారు. ఆమోద యోగ్యమైన ధరలకు ఇంటి స్థలాలు కేటాయిస్తే రాష్ట్ర ఖజానా కు అధిక మొత్తంలో ఆదాయం లభిస్తుందని, రాజధాని ప్రాంతంలో అనేక అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలకు మరియు మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు, ఉపాధి కల్పన కు ఆస్కారం ఉంటుందని అన్నారు. అంతేగాకుండా హైదరాబాద్ నుండి రాకపోకలు తగ్గి తమ పని పై ఎక్కువ సమయాన్ని వెచ్చించడం జరుగుతుందని అన్నారు. ఉద్యోగులు రాజధాని అభివృద్ధి పనులలో ప్రత్యక్షంగా పాల్గొనడం వల్ల అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు త్వరిత గతిన పూర్తికావడం జరుగుతుందని అన్నారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ విభజన జరిగినప్పుడు ఉద్యోగులు ఉన్న ఫలంగా హైదరాబాద్ లోని తమ శాశ్వత నివాసాలను, కుటుంబాలను వదిలి రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధి కోసం వచ్చారని అటువంటి ఉద్యోగుల కు శాశ్వత ఇంటి స్థలాలు ఇచ్చి గౌరవించాల్సిన బాధ్యత ప్రభుత్వం పై ఉందని అన్నారు.

గుంటూరు ( జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్ ) : ఏపీఎన్జీజీవోస్‌ అసోసియేషన్‌ గుంటూరు సిటీ తాలూకా యూనిట్‌ ఎన్నికల నోటిఫికేషన్‌ శనివారంజారీ అయింది. గుంటూరు జిల్లా కార్యవర్గం ఎన్నికల అధికారిగా డి.డి. నాయక్‌ను, సహాయ ఎన్నికల అధికారిగా బి. అశోక్‌ కుమార్‌ను, పర్యవేక్షకుడిగా ఎస్‌. రాజశేఖర్‌ను నియమించింది.

జారీ చేసిన షెడ్యూల్‌ ప్రకారం గుంటూరు అర్బన్‌, రూరల్‌, పెదకాకాని మండలాలను కలుపుకుని గుంటూరు సిటీ తాలూకా యూనిట్‌కు ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించబడనున్నాయి. ఓటర్ల నమోదు కార్యక్రమం నవంబర్‌ 7న సాయంత్రం 5 గంటల వరకు కొనసాగుతుంది. నామినేషన్‌ దాఖలు నవంబర్‌ 10న మధ్యాహ్నం 2 గంటలకు జరుగుతుంది. నవంబర్‌ 17న ఉదయం 8 గంటల నుంచి సాయంత్రం 3 గంటల వరకు ఏపీఎన్జీజీవో హోమ్‌లో ఎన్నికా ప్రక్రియ నిర్వహించనున్నట్టు ఎన్నికల అధికారి తెలిపారు.

ఎన్నికల షెడ్యూల్‌ ప్రతిని యూనిట్‌ అధ్యక్షుడు ఎస్‌.పీ‌.ఎస్‌. సూరి, కార్యదర్శి సిహెచ్‌. కళ్యాణ్‌ కుమార్‌ లకు అందజేయడం జరిగింది. అలాగే నోటీస్‌ బోర్డులో కూడా షెడ్యూల్‌ను ప్రదర్శించారు. గుంటూరు తాలూకా పరిధిలోని ఉద్యోగులందరికీ ఎన్నికల వివరాలు తెలియజేయబడ్డాయి.

-ఆర్టీసీ ఎంప్లాయీస్ యూనియన్ డిమాండ్

అమరావతి ( జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్ ) : ప్రెవేటు ట్రావెల్స్‌ బస్సులను ప్రభుత్వం కట్టడి చేసి, ప్రజల ప్రాణాలకు భద్రత కల్పించే విధంగా ఆర్టీసీ సేవలను దూరప్రాంతాలకు విస్తరించాలని ఆర్టీసీ ఎంప్లాయీస్ యూనియన్ డిమాండ్ చేసింది. భారత్‌లో అత్యంత సురక్షిత ప్రజారవాణా సంస్థగా నిలిచింది ఏపీఎస్‌ఆర్టీసీ ఎంప్లాయీస్ యూనియన్ నాయకులు తెలిపారు.

రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు పలిశెట్టి దామోదరరావు, ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి జి.వి.నరసయ్య శనివారం విడుదల చేసిన ప్రకటనలో మాట్లాడుతూ, మారుతున్న కాలానికి అనుగుణంగా ప్రయాణీకుల అవసరాల మేరకు ఏసీ, స్లీపర్‌ బస్సుల సంఖ్యను పెంచేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం సహకరించాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. అదేవిధంగా దొంగ పర్మిట్లతో ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలలో నమోదైన ప్రెవేటు ట్రావెల్స్‌ బస్సులు విచ్చలవిడిగా తిరుగుతున్నాయన్నారు. వార్షికంగా సుమారు రూ.1500 కోట్ల మేర ఆర్టీసీ ఆదాయానికి గండికొడుతున్న అక్రమ రవాణాపై ప్రభుత్వం కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరారు.

శుక్రవారం కర్నూలులో జరిగిన ప్రెవేటు ట్రావెల్స్‌ బస్సు ప్రమాదం అత్యంత దుర్ఘటనగా వర్ణిస్తూ, భవిష్యత్‌లో ఇటువంటి సంఘటనలు పునరావృతం కాకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకోవడం అనివార్యమని అన్నారు. తక్కువ జీతాలకు అనుభవం లేని డ్రైవర్లను నియమించడం, వేగ పరిమితులు పాటించకపోవడం, డబుల్ డ్రైవర్‌ లేని వాహనాలను నడపడం వంటి అంశాలు ప్రమాదాలకు దారి తీస్తున్నాయని దామోదరరావు అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. ప్రయాణీకులు వేగం కంటే సురక్షిత ప్రయాణాన్నే ప్రధానంగా తీసుకోవాలని, ప్రజారవాణా వ్యవస్థను బలోపేతం చేయడానికి ఆర్టీసీ బస్సులను ప్రోత్సహించాలని యూనియన్ నాయకులు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.

-అనుబంధ విభాగాల నేతలకు అప్పిరెడ్డి దిశానిర్దేశం 

గుంటూరు(జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్) : "ప్రభుత్వ ప్రజా వ్యతిరేక విధానాలపై ప్రజల్లో విస్తృతంగా అవగాహన పెంపొందించాలి. ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యాలను ఎండగట్టడంలో ఎళ్ళవేళలా ముందుండాలి. అదే సమయంలో పార్టీని మరింత బలోపేతం చేయాలి." అని శాసనమండలి సభ్యులు, వైయస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి లేళ్ళ అప్పిరెడ్డి నూతనంగా నియమితులైన పలు అనుబంధ విభాగాల నేతలకు దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు. అనుక్షణం అభివృద్ధి - ప్రజల సంక్షేమాన్ని కాంక్షించే పార్టీ అధినేత వైయస్ జగన్ తిరిగి ముఖ్యమంత్రి కావడమే అంతిమ లక్ష్యంగా పని చేయాలని కర్తవ్య బోధ చేశారు.

గుంటూరు పశ్చిమ నియోజకవర్గ వైయస్సార్ ట్రేడ్ యూనియన్ అధ్యక్షుడిగా నియమితులైన పేరుపోగు బాబు, పశ్చిమ నియోజకవర్గ ఎస్సీ సెల్ అధ్యక్షుడు గుంజర ప్రభు, పార్టీ జిల్లా ప్రచార కమిటీ కార్యదర్శి బండారు రాకేష్ శనివారం ఎమ్మెల్సీ లేళ్ళ అప్పిరెడ్డిని మర్యాదపూర్వకంగా కలిశారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎమ్మెల్సీ లేళ్ళ అప్పిరెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ, ప్రతిదానికీ ప్రైవేటీకరణ మంత్రం జపిస్తూ.. పేదలను మరింత నిరుపేదలుగా మారుస్తూ.. కార్పొరేట్ శక్తుల కొమ్ము కాస్తూ.. కుట్రలు - కుతంత్రాలతో కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ముందుకు సాగుతున్న వేళ నూతనంగా పదవులు పొందిన వారు అత్యంత బాధ్యతాయుతంగా మెలగాలని సూచించారు. మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైయస్ జగన్ ఆలోచనలు, ఆశయాలకు అనుగుణంగా పార్టీ పిలుపునిచ్చే ప్రతి కార్యక్రమంలో చురుకైన పాత్ర పోషించాలన్నారు. నిత్యం కార్యకర్తలు, ప్రజలతో మమేకమవుతూ పార్టీ కార్యక్రమాల జయప్రదంలో కీలకంగా మారాలని ఎమ్మెల్సీ లేళ్ళ అప్పిరెడ్డి పిలుపునిచ్చారు.

అమరావతి (జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్) :ఉద్యోగులను చంద్రబాబు దారుణంగా మోసం చేశారని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ గవర్నమెంట్ ఎంప్లాయీస్ ఫెడరేషన్ కాకర్ల  చైర్మన్ వెంకట్రామిరెడ్డి మండిపడ్డారు. ఉద్యోగులకు పీఆర్సీ ఇవ్వాలనే ఉద్దేశం ప్రభుత్వానికి లేదని.. ఇప్పటివరకు పీఆర్సీ కమిషన్ అపాయింట్ చేయలేదంటూ ఆయన దుయ్యబట్టారు. ఆదివారం ఆయన మీడియా సమావేశంలో మాట్లాడుతూ.. ఉద్యోగులకు పెండింగ్ బకాయిలు రూ.34 వేల కోట్లు ఉన్నాయి. ఆ బకాయిలు ఎప్పుడు చెల్లిస్తారు? అంటూ నిలదీశారు.
"ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలను పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు. ఉద్యోగులకు ఇచ్చిన హామీలను ప్రభుత్వం నెరవేర్చాలి. కాంట్రాక్ట్ ఉద్యోగులను ఎందుకు రెగ్యులర్ చేయడం లేదు. ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలను పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు. మాకు ప్రమోషన్లు, ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు ఇవ్వకపోగా పని ఒత్తిడి పెంచారు. ఇంటింటి సర్వేల పేరుతో ఉద్యోగులను ప్రభుత్వం వేధిస్తోంది. ఉద్యోగులను మోసం చేయడమే పనిగా ప్రభుత్వం పెట్టుకుంది" అని వెంకట్రామిరెడ్డి ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
"ఎన్నికల్లో ఇచ్చిన హామీల అమలు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కోరుతున్నాం. ఒక డీఏ ఇవ్వడానికి ప్రభుత్వానికి 16 నెలలు సమయం పట్టింది. తక్షణమే ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించాలి. ఉద్యోగుల ఆవేదనను ప్రభుత్వం అర్థం చేసుకోవాలి" అని వెంకట్రామిరెడ్డి పేర్కొన్నారు. 
పెన్షనర్ల కోసం ఒక కార్పోరేషన్ ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామన్న చంద్రబాబు.. ఆ కార్పోరేషన్ ఎక్కడ ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. ఉద్యోగ.ఉపాధ్య వర్గాలు ఆగ్రహంగా ఉన్నాయని... ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలను పిలిచి ఒక్క డిఎతో మమ అనిపించారు కూటమీ పాలనలో ఉద్యోగం ఉన్నవాడు.. ఉద్యోగం లేని వాడు సంతోషంగా లేడు. 2.70 లక్షల వాలంటీర్లను పది వేలు ఇస్తానని మోసం చేశారు. ఆర్టీసీని ప్రభుత్వంలో విలీనం వల్ల ఖర్చు పెరిగిపోయిందని చంద్రబాబు మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. బేవరేజెస్లో 18 వేల ఉద్యోగులను తొలగించారు. ఫైబర్ నెట్ లో 2 వేల మంది ఉద్యోగులను తొలగించారు. ఎండియూ వాహనాల వ్యవస్థను రద్దు చేసి ఆనందం పొందుతున్నారు.

ఆబ్కాసన్ను రద్దు చేసే కార్యక్రమం చేస్తున్నారు.. చివరకు సచివాల ఉద్యోగులను కూడా మోసం చేశారు. చంద్రబాబు గతంలో బకాయిలు పెట్టిన రెండు డిఎలను వైఎస్ జగన్ ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు చెల్లించారు. ఆఖ వర్కర్లు, కాంట్రాక్టు, అవుట్ సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులకు వేతనాలు పెంచారు. వైఎస్ జగన్ వ్యవస్థలను విస్తృత పరిచారు. ఉద్యోగులకు బకాయిలను మనస్పూర్తిగా చెల్లించేందుకు వైఎస్ జగన్ ప్రయత్నించారు.' అని వెంకట్రామిరెడ్డి  తెలిపారు.

అమరావతి (జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్) : రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలను చర్చించి పరిష్కరిస్తామని వాగ్దానం చేసిన కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం, 16 నెలల తర్వాత ఒక్క డీఏ మాత్రమే ప్రకటించడం ఉద్యోగులలో తీవ్ర అసంతృప్తి సృష్టించిందని సీఐటీయూ రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు ఎవి నాగేశ్వరరావు, రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి సిహెచ్ నర్సింగరావు పేర్కొన్నారు..

రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం 2025 జూలై నాటికి చెల్లించాల్సిన నాలుగు డీఏ బకాయిలలో రెండు మాత్రమే ఇవ్వాలని ప్రకటించింది. ఉద్యోగులకు మొత్తం దాదాపు 32 వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల వేతన బకాయిలు, వీటిలో నాలుగు విడతల సరెండర్ లీవ్ బకాయిలు ఉన్నాయి. పోలీసు విభాగానికి చెందిన బకాయిలు 835 కోట్లుగా ఉండగా, కేవలం 105 కోట్ల రూపాయలే చెల్లించడమేంటని నిలదీశారు.

కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన వెంటనే ఐఆర్, పిఆర్సి, కాంట్రాక్ట్,ఔట్‌సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగుల వేతనాలు పెంచడం, సంక్షేమ పధకాలు అమలు చేయడం, సిపిఎస్ రద్దు చేయడం వంటి హామీలను ఇంకా అమలు చేయకపోవడం ఉద్యోగుల అసంతృప్తికి కారణమని వారు పేర్కొన్నారు.సీఐటీయూ రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ మిగిలిన మూడు విడతల డీఏ బకాయిలు, ఇతర బకాయిలను వెంటనే చెల్లించాల్సినవిగా, ప్రభుత్వం తక్షణ చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని డిమాండ్ చేసింది.

అమరావతి (జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్) : కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి 16 నెలలుగా ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలను పట్టించుకోకపోవడంతో, ఒక్క డీఏ ప్రకటించడం ఉద్యోగులలో తీవ్ర నిరాశకు కారణమైందని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ గవర్నమెంట్ ఎంప్లాయీస్ ఫెడరేషన్ రాష్ట్ర కో-చైర్మన్, ప్రగతిశీల రాష్ట్ర ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘం రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు లెక్కల జమాల్ రెడ్డి అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చినప్పుడు ఐఆర్ ప్రకటిస్తామని, పిఆర్సి కమిషన్ ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామని, పెండింగ్ డీఏల అరియర్స్ చెల్లిస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చినప్పటికీ, అధికారంలోకి రాగానే ఒక్క డీఏ మాత్రమే ప్రకటించడం ఉద్యోగులను నిరాశపరుస్తున్నది. నలుగురు పెండింగ్ డీఏలలో రెండు మాత్రమే చెల్లిస్తారని చెప్పడం అసమాధానకరమని లెక్కల జమాల్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు.

అలాగే, ఐఆర్‌పై స్పష్టత లేకపోవడం, పిఆర్సి పై ఎటువంటి నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోకపోవడం ఉద్యోగుల హక్కులను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోకుండా ప్రభుత్వం నిర్లక్ష్యం చూపుతోందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలు స్పష్టమైన హామీ, వేతన, డీఏ పథకాలను వెంటనే అమలు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నారు.
