Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday said the government would complete the distribution of 1.12 crore pattadar passbooks across Andhra Pradesh by March 2027, assuring farmers that the exercise was entirely corruption-free and that passbooks would be delivered directly to beneficiaries' homes following auto-mutation.
