Narayana said on Tuesday.

The Minister inspected the under-construction MLA and MLC bhavan complexes at Rayapudi in Amaravati and spoke to the media thereafter, expressing confidence that the capital city project was firmly back on track.

ఆయన వివరాల ప్రకారం, గత ఆరేళ్లుగా అసిస్టెంటు మెకానిక్ నుండి ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ డైరెక్టర్ వరకు ఉన్న పదోన్నతులు వివిధ కారణాలతో నిలిచిపోయాయి. ఈ సమస్యపై ఆర్టీసీ ఎంప్లాయీస్ యూనియన్ నిరంతరం కృషి చేస్తూ రావడంతో ఆర్టీసీ వీసీ అండ్ ఎం.డి ద్వారకా తిరుమలరావు ప్రభుత్వ అనుమతలకు పంపారు. రవాణాశాఖ మంత్రి సహకారంతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆగస్టు 28న పదోన్నతులకు ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. అయితే ఇప్పటికీ జిఏడి విభాగం నుంచి జిఓ విడుదల కాకపోవడంతో సుమారు ఆరు వేల మంది ఉద్యోగులు
