GUNTUR, May 3: The second batch of a free skill development and competitive examination training programme, conducted under the aegis of Krishna-Guntur Graduates' constituency MLC Alapati Rajendra Prasad, is set to commence on May 13 at the MLC office premises on Lakshmipuram Main Road, adjacent to HDFC Bank, in Guntur.

The initiative, aimed at improving employment prospects for unemployed graduates in the region, builds on the momentum of its first batch, whose participants successfully appeared in recruitment examinations conducted by prominent organisations. Results of those examinations are awaited.

Encouraged by the response to the first batch, Mr. Alapati announced the launch of the second batch to extend the opportunity to a larger number of aspirants.

Structured for competitive examinations

The training curriculum has been specifically designed to equip candidates to face recruitment examinations conducted by Central government departments and public sector undertakings. Candidates who have completed their Intermediate or degree-level education are eligible to apply at no cost.

Online registration will open on May 5, 2026, through a QR code. An online entrance examination will be held on May 10, following which selected candidates will be admitted to the training programme beginning May 13.

On the occasion, Mr. Alapati unveiled the programme poster in the presence of Kishore, director of Vijayasadhana Coaching Centre, and Pidikiti Tilak Babu, Executive Director of NRI Educational Institutions.

Addressing aspirants, the MLC appealed to unemployed youth to make productive use of the free training and secure a firm footing in their careers.

శ్రీసత్యసాయి ( జర్నలిస్ట్ ఫైల్ ) : కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ఏటా డీఎస్సీ నిర్వహించాలని నిర్ణయించిందని, బీసీ సంక్షేమ శాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలో తాము కూడా ఏటా ఉచిత డీఎస్సీ శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేలా ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నామని రాష్ట్ర బీసీ, ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్ సంక్షేమ, చేనేత మరియు జౌళి శాఖ మంత్రి ఎస్.సవిత తెలిపారు. డీఎస్సీ అంటేనే టీడీపీ అని, టీడీపీ అంటేనే డీఎస్సీ అని వెల్లడించారు. ఏటా జాబ్ క్యాలెండర్ ఇస్తామంటూ జగన్ నిరుద్యోగయువతను అయిదేళ్ల పాటు దగా చేశారని మండిపడ్డారు. పట్టణంలోని తన క్యాంపు కార్యాలయంలో ఇటీవల మెగా డీఎస్సీలో పెనుకొండ నియోజక వర్గం నుంచి టీచర్ పోస్టులు సాధించిన 70 మంది అభ్యర్థులకు మంత్రి సవిత బుధవారం సత్కరించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా నిర్వహించిన కార్యక్రమంలో ఆమె మాట్లాడారు. అనంతరం విలేకరులతో మాట్లాడుతూ, 2025 మెగా డీఎస్సీలో టీచర్ పోస్టులు సాధించిన 15,941 మంది అభ్యర్థులకు ఇటీవల సీఎం చంద్రబాబు నియామక పత్రాలు అందజేసిన విషయాన్ని గుర్తు చేశారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా చంద్రబాబు బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టినప్పుడు తన తొలి సంతకం మెగా డీఎస్సీ నిర్వహణ ఫైల్ పై పెట్టిన విషయాన్ని మంత్రి గుర్తు చేశారు. కేవలం 150 రోజుల్లో డీఎస్సీ  ప్రక్రియను సమర్థవంతంగా పూర్తి చేసిన ఘనత మంత్రి నారా లోకేష్ దేనన్నారు. మెగా డీఎస్సీని అడ్డుకోడానికి వైసీపీ నాయకులు 105కు పైగా కోర్టుల్లో కేసులు వేశారన్నారు. వాటన్నింటినీ అధిగమించి డీఎస్పీ నిర్వహించిన ఘనత లోకేశ్ దేన్నారు. సీఎం చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వంలో 15 ఏళ్లలో 14 సార్లు డీఎస్సీని నిర్వహించి, 1,96,619 టీచర్ ఉద్యోగాలిచ్చారన్నారు. అందుకే డీఎస్సీ అంటేనే టీడీపీ... టీడీపీ అంటేనే డీఎస్సీ అని అన్నారు. ఇటీవల నిర్వహించిన మెగా డీఎస్సీ కోసం బీసీ అభ్యర్థులకు ఆన్ లైన్, ఆఫ్ లైన్ ద్వారా ఆరు వేల మందికి ఉచిత శిక్షణ అందజేశామన్నారు. వారిలో 270 మంది టీచర్ ఉద్యోగాలు సాధించడంపై మంత్రి సవిత ఆనందం వ్యక్తంచేశారు.

ఇకపై ఏటా డీఎస్సీ నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేయాలని సీఎం చంద్రబాబు నిర్ణయించారని మంత్రి సవిత తెలిపారు. బీసీ అభ్యర్థులకు బీసీ స్టడీ సర్కిళ్ల ద్వారా ఏటా ఉచిత డీఎస్సీ కోచింగ్ ఇచ్చేలా ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నామన్నారు. అత్యధిక బీసీ అభ్యర్థులు టీచర్, ఇతర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల్లో స్థిరపడడమే తమ ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమన్నారు. 

నిరుద్యోగులకు జగన్ దగా...

మెగా డీఎస్సీ నిర్వహించడం ద్వారా బాబుతోనే జాబు అనే నిరుద్యోగుల భావనను నిజం చేశామని మంత్రి సవిత వెల్లడించారు. నిరుద్యోగుల నమ్మకాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకున్నామన్నారు. ఏటా జాబ్ క్యాలెండర్ అంటూ జగన్ రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న నిరుద్యోగ యువతను తీవ్రంగా మోసం చేశాడన్నారు. ఏటా జాబ్ క్యాలెండర్ అనడంతో నిజమేనని నమ్మిన నిరుద్యోగ యువకులు కోచింగ్ సెంటర్లకు వేలకు వేలు ఫీజులు చెల్లించి శిక్షణ పొందారన్నారు. అయిదేళ్లలో ఏనాడూ డీఎస్సీగాని, ఇతర పోటీ పరీక్షలుగాని నిర్వహించకుండా నిరుద్యోగులను జగన్ తీవ్ర నిరాశకు గురిచేశాడన్నారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో నూతన టీచర్లతో పాటు వారి బంధువులు, తల్లిదండ్రులు, కూటమి నాయకులు, కార్యకర్తలు పాల్గొన్నారు.
