The initiative, aimed at improving employment prospects for unemployed graduates in the region, builds on the momentum of its first batch, whose participants successfully appeared in recruitment examinations conducted by prominent organisations. Results of those examinations are awaited.

The programme has been taken up on the directions of Alapati Rajendra Prasad, Secretary and Correspondent of the institution and Member of the Legislative Council.
