BJP Leader Seeks Poll Guidance From Veteran Hariharan Rajaji in Karaikudi

Tamil Nadu, April 17: Kokkera Srinivas Yadav, BJP election in-charge for the Tirupattur assembly constituency, on Friday called on senior party leader, former MLA and former national secretary Hariharan Rajaji at his residence in Karaikudi, Sivaganga district, as part of the party's ongoing efforts to strengthen its electoral preparedness in Tamil Nadu.

Speaking after the meeting, Srinivas Yadav said he had received valuable guidance from Rajaji on several matters relating to the forthcoming elections, and described the veteran leader's vast political experience as an invaluable resource for the party's ground-level workers.

He noted that Rajaji's family has had an unbroken association with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh since 1940, spanning multiple generations, a fact he described as a matter of great significance and inspiration for the organisation.

During the visit, Rajaji was honoured with a shawl as a mark of respect, and was presented with a copy of the Tamil devotional text "Naluguru Devaram Parayanam."

Srinivas Yadav expressed confidence that such meetings with experienced leaders would contribute meaningfully to strengthening the party's organisation and booth-level preparedness ahead of future elections. He said the BJP was committed to building a strong organisational base in Tamil Nadu through sustained engagement with veterans and grassroots workers alike.
