Andhra Pradesh Yadav Employees Society Maps Out Expansion Drive at State Executive Meet

Tadepalli : The Andhra Pradesh Yadav Employees Society (YES) held its state executive committee meeting at the organisation's headquarters at Maruthi Enclave in Tadepalli on Sunday, with deliberations centred on three guiding principles — mobilisation, coordination, and cooperation — as the body charted a course for broader outreach across the state.

From a Single District to a Statewide Presence

Addressing the meeting, State President D. Venkateswarlу Yadav traced the organisation's growth from its modest beginnings in Nellore district in 2014 to its present reach spanning all districts and constituencies of Andhra Pradesh. He said the primary objective of YES was to bring Yadav employees working across various government departments onto a common platform and foster mutual support among them.

New Appointments Strengthen Leadership

The meeting resulted in a round of key organisational appointments. Lingamurthy Yadav was elected State Working President, Gundu Boyina Srinivas Yadav of Guntur was named District President, and Padma Yadav was chosen as State Women's President. Varadi Venkataramana from West Godavari district was appointed State Organising Secretary.

Welfare and Academic Support

State General Secretary K. Ramesh Yadav presented the activity report and financial statement of the organisation, and informed members that YES had been providing career guidance to students as well as financial assistance to talented and economically disadvantaged students from the community.

Dr. B. Apparao, a representative of the Secretariat Employees Association, and Dr. Ala Venkateswarlу, Chairman of Mandal Trust, addressed the gathering and pledged full cooperation to the organisation, stating they would participate in district-level tours across the state.

Key Resolutions Adopted

The meeting adopted several significant resolutions, including further strengthening YES across the state, accelerating the appointment of new executive members, organising a state-level felicitation programme for meritorious Yadav students, and expediting the formation of departmental units at the district level.

The meeting was attended by State Vice President G. Pullaiah Yadav, senior leaders Raghavarao, Rajinikanth, Shanmukharao, Srinivas, Satyanarayana, Nagaseshu, Ramakrishna, Tulsiram, Adinarayana, Kameswararao, Bhiksharao, Ramesh, and Sheenu, along with presidents, general secretaries, and executive members from all 20 districts of the state.
