CM Chandrababu asks Ministers to reach out to Gen Z

AMARAVATI, SEPTEMBER 3: The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, on Thursday held a detailed discussion on the impact of El Niño and the State’s preparedness to deal with deficient rainfall and possible drought conditions.
The Cabinet was informed that rainfall in the State was 52% below normal. The Chief Minister directed officials to accord priority to drinking water, increase the focus on seed balls and take measures to ensure adequate fodder availability. The meeting also discussed ways of securing financial assistance from the Centre in view of the emerging drought situation.
